    Eagle Home Appraisal provides professional real estate appraisal services in Tampa, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include residential appraisals for estate, probate, divorce, tax purposes, and other valuation needs.

    3. Professional Standards

    Confirm the proposed appraiser, current qualifications, intended use, and applicable appraisal standards before booking.

    4. Fees and Payment

    Appraisal fees are quoted prior to the engagement and are based on the property type, complexity, and scope of work. Payment terms will be provided with your quote. We reserve the right to withhold the appraisal report until payment is received in full.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    The appraisal report is intended for the use of the client for the stated purpose. Eagle Home Appraisal shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the appraisal report by unauthorized parties or for purposes other than those stated in the report.
